Lovely Rose Chiffon Dress

Sleeveless with double ruffles that drapes down over the shoulders
High in front, low in back with zipper.
Fully lined with ribbon belt.
Dress doesn't have a size so please check measurements.
I am listing it as XS-4 because of measurements.
This dress came from a bridal store that went out of business.
The seams are already small so dress can not be made larger.
